Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United Kingdom (Mainland)
• Northern Ireland
• Scotland
• Wales
• Republic of Ireland

International Shipping Costs:

• Europe: £45-£65 (5-7 business days)
• North America: £75-£95 (7-10 business days)
• Rest of World: £95+ (10-14 business days)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we have some shipping restrictions:

• We cannot ship to PO boxes
• Signature required upon delivery for all orders
• Some remote locations may have extended delivery times
• Additional charges may apply for heavy or oversized items

6. Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Do not discard any packaging materials
• We will arrange for pickup and replacement

7. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by their country's customs agency.
