Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged Items

If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Requirements for Damaged Item Returns:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage
• Keep all original packaging
• Do not attempt to install damaged items

2. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods:

• Credit/debit card payments: Refunded to original payment method
• PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account
• Store credit: Available upon request

3. Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other return requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order mirrors
• Items damaged due to improper installation
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at SADIKUR RAHMAN TARDE@outlook.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company
• Contact your bank
